CHARITY | Ovarian Cancer Research Fund & World Child Project

BIOGRAPHY | Rachel uses her influence to raise awareness about women’s cancer. Her life was impacted by ovarian cancer when her mother lost one of her best friends to the disease. As a supporter of the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund, Rachel has participated in many of the organization’s programs, such as Super Saturday, a fundraising shopping event. "The mission of OCRF is to fund research to find a method of early detection and a cure for ovarian cancer,” Rachel says. "With their relentless effort, they work to help patients and their loved ones understand the disease and how to treat it, and most importantly, they work extremely hard to raise public awareness.” Children are also incredibly important to Rachel, who supports the World Child Project, an organization that works with orphanages to help provide better lives for the children they care for. The slogan of the World Child Project is one that Rachel strongly believes in: Children who don’t belong to anyone belong to us all.
