CHARITY | Broadway Barks

BIOGRAPHY | Bernadette is an avid supporter of animal welfare and human health issues. A pet lover, she co-founded Broadway Barks – with fellow thespian Mary Tyler Moore – an annual dog and cat adoption event presented each summer in Shubert Alley. "It’s hard to believe we are celebrating 12 years of Broadway Barks,” says Bernadette. "It brings joy to my heart that so many people share one of my true passions – saving animals.” Bernadette also devotes her time to raising awareness and funds for health initiatives, such as Broadway Cares/Equality Fights AIDS.
