BIOGRAPHY | Nasiba Adilova is Russian born, American educated fashion consultant and director of business development for Buro247.com, a digital project her close friend Miroslava Duma founded 2 years ago.
Nasiba received her Masters degree in International Relations from Setton Hall University after which she worked for the largest community foundation in America The New York Community Trust. After NYCT, Nasiba spent 4 years working for Porto Montenegro a super yacht marina development in Montenegro where she managed Eastern European sales desk as well as business development for Eatern Europe. Having gained valuable experience working in the non for profit sector she wanted to gain experience and knowledge working in the for profit sector and the project in Montenegro gave her an opportunity to do both. Porto Montenegro development brought in foreign investment and is helping to reshape the country into an international destination with a major community development aspect that influences not only the country of Montenegro but the entire region. Since an early age Nasiba has been very passionate about charity work and feels strongly about women's right issues, promoting educational opportunities for gifted children, Art education and fight agains AIDS. She is currently involved with Two x Two for Aids and Art, which raises money in support of essential AIDS research and the contemporary Art Acquisition Fund at the Dallas Museum of Art.
Raising over $40,000,000 Two X Two has become amfAR’s largest fundraiser in the United States and is also the DMA’s largest fundraiser.
