Poor customer service

"I ordered this sweater twice in yellow. Both times I received it in cream. I called costumer service and I was told to take pictures of the one I still had ( one was sent back) I emailed them as I was told and never heard anything back. As much a i love Donna Karan I will never order anything again. Order number: 2101099225 and 2101106147 I would really like for you to send me the correct color sweater.
