"The coat is beautiful and am very pleased w it! However, I certainly dislike HOW it was packaged! A long coat and shoved in an envelope bag BY FED X. I would think a $400 coat might warrant a box. I will hv to prob spend $20 to get pressed. Wld it be possible to pay for another gold teardrop fastener in case something happens to this one? It makes a statement! Thank you !"
