Our goal is to process orders as quickly as possible! With this, we can only make changes or cancel an order within 30 minutes of the order being placed.

If an item on DonnaKaran.com is reduced in price within 14-days of the order being placed, we will be happy to offer a refund for the difference.
We apologize if your item arrived damaged or defective. Please email us pictures of the item along with your order number as soon as you receive the item, and we will be happy to assist you.
Please be sure to look out for your Shipping Confirmation email that will have all tracking numbers for you to reference.

We will gladly accept merchandise returns within 30 days of delivery given the item is in new/saleable condition, unworn and unaltered with the original tags still attached Please indicate the reason for your return on the return form, include this form in the return package and record the return label tracking number for your records.
Merchandise indicated as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. If a return is made on a final sale item, the refund will not be processed.
Please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement item. We will be happy to honor the original price you paid.
If you choose to use the label included in your package, a charge of $6 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please allow up to 14 days once we receive the item for your funds to be reflected on your account.
