"I was super excited to purchase this bag for a birthday gift. Sadly, I received the package to find it was the incorrect purse. When I phoned the company, i was told to simply email pics of the wrong bag which I did along with my order number and they would send me the correct product. Today I received an email from DonnaKaran indicating they would forward to the appropriate management team. I understand this was a mistake however disappointing that I have yet to be told the purse I purchased has been or is being processed for shipment."
