Terrible experience.
"I never received the bag!! Called for status because it seemed to ship but FedEx didn’t have it and they told me it would be 2-5 days to receive a response. So I tried the chat feature a few days later and they said the would refund me and it would take 10 days to hear about if I would get a refund. No one replies to email and the phone associates were quite terse. Still waiting on a response but I’m out $350 with nothing to show for it and no one seems to care."
