Waist to chest ratio and cup size off
"This was a beautiful dress but in order to get the proper waist (size 2 fit perfectly), the top under the armpits was tight enough to cause armpit rolls. In addition, the cup size was at least a C. I don’t know who they think is going to wear this but clearly not small women. How to decide: it is a perfect fit at the waist, too small at the top, and too big in the cup size."
