Terrible
"This was my first Donna Karan dress, and I expected a much better experience. I bought it 2 days ago. I wore it to dinner, and when I got home, I found loose threads and damaged fabric on the back, right where the belt sits. This could not have happened from anything I did. That day I was only in two places: my car on the way to the restaurant, and the restaurant itself, where the seating has no backs, only pillows, so nothing ever touched that part of the dress. The dress is also my correct size, so there was no stretching or strain on the fabric either. I have contacted every customer service channel I could find, including Donna Karan directly, and nobody has responded."
