Dress sent dirty
"This dress is beautiful but was sent to me with a huge grease stain on it. Supposedly brand new with tags on it. I emailed customer service asking for some resolution to this because it is now sold out in my size, and now I’m essentially forced to keep the dress with the stain. I want to wear it and I really like it, but I cannot get it in a different size. They told me to just return it. I feel like my concerns are not being heard. I would like to keep the dress that they sent to me not in mint condition. I will probably have to pay a dry cleaner to clean it, which means they should reimburse me some amount of money or provide some other compensation for a dirty dress that is supposed to be brand new. Returning it is not an option because they don’t have it in my size any longer. This is not my problem to fix it is theirs."
