Never got the dress and NO REFUND
"[RANT ALERT] I wouldn’t know how this dress is in real life because I never got it. Half of my order never arrived. I reached out to customer support asking about the remaining order because it was taking so long and they told me that part of my shipment was lost and I would get a refund. Note that if I didn't check I would be totally scammed. This dress was part of the items that never arrived. But customer support says it did arrive in their system so I should file a dispute with my bank. So my review of this dress and company is that it is the worse online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Since links not working, customer support slow as snail mail, and the items look great on pics, but in real life is just glorified polyester, and if you have any problems with your order, expect months of useless back and forth and zero support. Thanks, and never again!"
