Nice weight of fabric
"I like this dress but the construction was different than expected. It’s not a full skirt as it appears. It’s a super narrow skirt like a column dress with added gathered fabric attached above each hip to look like a skirt. That side fabric lifts up. I was looking for a more formal full skirt."
