I hoped "This is the dress!"
"I loved the sophiticated look of the dress so I ordered it to wear to a family celebration. Sadly one of the sleeves was twisted. Either it was sewn in wrong, the lining and fashion fabric we're pulling on each other, or the fabrics were cut off grain. Either way, I plan to return it. When I inquired about returns, the website said I would have to pay for return shipping. Given the return is based on defective workmanship, I shouldn't have to pay. I am awaiting a response from Customer Service."
