Poor customer service
"I ordered a DOWN PUFFER JACKET during a final sale, but unfortunately, the size for this item runs extremely small. When I reached out to customer service to exchange it for a larger size, they refused to make an exception, even though I have been a loyal, repeat customer for several years. While the quality of the product is nice, I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of flexibility and poor customer retention. It is irritating to be treated like a transaction instead of a dedicated customer. They would rather lose a lifetime shopper over a simple size exchange. Order with caution, especially during a FINAL SALE. THIS COMPANY IS NOT FLEXIBLE!"
