Cut of the top is too small/petite.
"Nice material and seems well-made. The top portion is cut very short (and I'm short-waisted). It's like it is cut for a petite. The underarms were very tight, and the V-neck is cut too low. I'd have to wear a camisole which would destroy the look of the dress. Package took 14 days to arrive."
