"Have not received my order I placed April 14th at 10am. I’ve called multiple times with customer service. I’ve emailed multiple emails including customer service said they emailed them too. They have not gave me my refund because supposedly the shipment is in transit. Well it’s been in Hutchinson’s Tx for a long time now! Wouldn’t that be considered lost??? Not shopping with Donna Karen anymore. This has happened 1 time b4. So I’m done!!! ✅"
