"Unfortunately, the dress is too tight. I wanted to exchange it and misread the details of “final sale”. I just wanted a different size. The rep on the phone was very direct (not in a kind way) about it being a final sale. I don’t understand why I couldn’t get a different size. Didn’t want my money back. It was my mistake. I think exchanges should be permitted. I won’t shop on this site going forward."
"The fabric is stunning! The fit is large. I’m 5’2” and 110lbs. I purchased size 4 (my usual dress size) and it is 3 1/2 inches too big in the bodice. Would love to exchange for smaller size, but as it was a sale item, not an option for me."
"Purchased this dress for a summer black tie wedding in Tuscany. It was an incredibly hot day but the dress, while the fabric is substantial, did not feel heavy or too hot. It is much more comfortable than Id imagined and the style was a chef's kiss! Got sooo many compliments, even from the bride! Paired it with some kitten heel gold open-toed shoes.
