"My rating for the dress is a 5. My rating for costumer service is a 0. Received email saying dress was back ordered. Called to cancel because of upcoming event. I was informed by your employee that it was not back ordered,and he refused to cancel my order even when I informed him I had the email right in front of me. All of this occurred within hours after receiving email. He was rude. Normally I just accept what is handed to me but his demeanor was beyond acceptance. I received the dress and did not even open it. I told him this was how I would handle the situation. He did not care. I love your products but…. bad taste now. I ordered the dress from another vendor."
