"Very disappointed the way, Donna Karen company has chosen to take care of my concern. I never received my address. I never received any contact fro Donna Karen in regards. to working on this not only did I not get my dress on time. I have yet to receive my credit for the address. I’ve called numerous times and they have assured me that it will be handled within 3 to 5 business days. nothing has happened so it makes me wonder if I should ever order from Donna Karen again even though I like Donna Karen’s items I would have to say one star on on line items maybe Maybe not even one. I hope I can get some results in the next week."
