Misled on the $35 up charge for fast delivery
"I love the he trench coat! Quality is super However;I was told if I paid a $35 up charge I would get my coat within 2 days. . it took Over 3-4 weeks to receive the coat! I called to find out where it was and that I paid the up charge It was explained that it was not applied to day of order but from shipping date I was doubly distressed worrying about the fit and that it would arrive in enough time for a trip to Asia!! Thank goodness it fit Your representative was not clear on how the up charge works"
