Mislabeled Mess

"I ordered a size “2” with express shipping and was sent a size “12”. “2” was printed on the retailer’s tag however the label inside the dress read size 12. I tried for three days to get another 2 sent but by the time I was helped that size was sold out. The mislabeled dress is the second dress I purchased. The first one was a size 4 which was too big. Now I am without a dress to wear to a wedding in Spain that I leave for in a few few days! Plus, I am being charged to return the dresses and express shipping for the mislabeled dress."

Lovely dress but too tight around the middle.

"This is a beautiful dress, but I found it too tight around the middle. The reviews said it ran big, so I ordered a 6 and 8. I would normally wear a size 8 or 10, and had to buy a 12 to make it zip up. Otherwise, it's very flattering and nice and light for dancing. There was a mishap with the shipping on the part of Donna Karen, and when I called them, the rep was not the least bit helpful. I ended up having to return the dresses and bought the correct size from Macy's who got it to me in two days. Pretty dress, but buy it from a department store to get it to you on time. Also, I'm 5'4", and it was way too long, even with 2. 5 inch heels, so I had to carry the skirt while dancing."

Beautiful dress

"LOVE the dress. Just want I wanted for a summer wedding in July. The dress ran very large at the top so I needed to order a smaller size to try on. I will return whichever one does not fit. The exchange process is cumbersome. You have to order a new dress and then return the one you don't want. Not a seemless process."

Beautiful, but very long.

"I’m 5’6”, 150. Large busted (C/D cup) Typically a size 8. The size 8 was falling off the top and also INCHES were trailing on the floor. (I believe the model is 5’9” and was wearing a size 4 and was wearing a 3 inch heel). I traded it for a size 6- still a little big and long, but getting it altered- that’s just how pretty it is on."
