"I am 5'8' and I could wear 3" heels. Perfect fit, so excited to wear this to a black tie event next month. I chose an 8, used to be a 6, it is pretty true to size. If I am able to slim a bit in a month the dress will still look fabulous. Fabric is stiff so the skirt is full which makes it look even more formal."
