The following shipping methods are currently offered:
Orders Shipped to 48 Contiguous United States:
Standard Ground
- Shipments are delivered within 5 to 9 business days after orders have cleared credit card authorization. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Free standard ground shipping to the 48 contigous United States is offered on orders of $99+
3 Day Service
- Shipments will be delivered within 3 business days after orders have cleared credit card authorization. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Your order must be recieved and clear credit card authorization by 12:00 P.M. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
2 Day Service
- Shipments will be delivered within 2 business days after orders have cleared credit card authorization. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Your order must be recieved and clear credit authorization by 12:00 P.M. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
Next Day Service
- Shipments will be delivered next day after orderes have cleared credit card authorizaiton. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Your Order must be recieved and clear credit authorization by 12:00 P.M. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
3 Day Service, 2 Day Service and Next Day Service will be priority shipments.
- If orders are placed, and clear credit card authorization Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM EST, orders will be processed that day. If orders are placed after 12:00 PM EST Mon-Thurs they will not be processed until the next day.
- Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
- We cannot ship express service to P.O. Boxes.

Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 10-14 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
Military APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO.
Cancellations
We are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

About International Shipping
International shopping for The Donna Karan Company products is offered. This service allows us to show all our prices in your local currency and displays your final total during checkout and lets us take advantage of a fast, reliable shipping network. Should you need assistance with your order, The Donna Karan Company will be happy to assist.
How to Order

Free shipping promotions do not apply to International orders.
If you don't see your country listed, we do not currently ship to that destination.
If you are shipping to the U.S. or an APO/FPO address, simply proceed through the regular checkout process.

Exchange Rates
Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction. Exchange rates for donnakaran.com are updated every day.
Duties & Taxes
International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during Checkout. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that we support.
Shipping Options & Costs
International shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination.
We offer Economy and Priority shipping options.
Unfortunately, we don't offer free shipping to international destinations.
International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address.
Once your transaction is complete, see a shipping range specific to your destination in checkout.
Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept international returns if your request is within 60 days of receipt of delivery. The Donna Karan Company does not reimburse any duties or local taxes.

We do not accept international exchanges. If you need to exchange an item you will need to request a return, ship the item back at your expense, and purchase the replacement item as a new order on donnakaran.com. NOTE: Applicable VAT tax or other duties and fees as well as shipping will be charged on the replacement item.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 7-business days of receipt of your order with images of the item. NOTE: A replacement cannot be shipped if we are not contacted within the 7-business day window. The Donna Karan Company is not liable for lost returned packages. Please retain a copy of your return tracking numbers to insure receipt of your delivery.
Promotions & Policies
International orders are not eligible for Free Shipping, Free Returns, or the Rewards program.

Merchandise Exceptions
Due to shipping restrictions by country, we are unable to ship all items online to all countries. If you have items in your cart from a previous session, and then change your ship to country, restricted items, if applicable, will be removed from your bag before you can proceed to checkout.
